6.	We promise to never accept an assignment where any conflict of interest is known to exist. We will notify our client immediately should a conflict of interest become known to us during our investigation of any claim assignment.
7.	We promise never to knowingly accept an assignment that is not within our area of expertise.
8.	We promise never to knowingly accept an assignment if our existing assignment volume prevents us from providing our product in a timely manner. We will notify you immediately, if for any reason we are delayed or otherwise unable to keep any commitment to you regarding any assignment.
9.	We promise to make every attempt possible to perform assigned contacts within 24 hours. If we are unable to make contact, a letter will be forwarded to the contact the following day if we are provided with a mailing address with our assignment.
10.	We promise to return your calls as soon as possible after receiving your message or within 24 hours should we be unavoidably detained. In order that we may provide the service we have promised, we request that this form be filled out in its entirety thus providing all known information regarding your assignment.
